LEAD PASTOR - TIM BOYD

Pastor Tim and his wife Julie became Lead Pastors of our fellowship on Father’s Day of 1999, and what an incredible journey it’s been! Pastor Tim brings a fresh wind of the Spirit through his preaching and teaching of the Word of God. His voice is one of wisdom, hope, encouragement and vision.

He is recognized as a catalyst to help individuals grow into lifelong Christian disciples who follow Jesus Christ. Pastor’s heart and passion is to see lives saved, healed, and set free for the Kingdom of God! Once that takes place, his desire is to see people propelled into the destiny that God has for their life.

Pastor Tim served the Appalachian District of the Assemblies of God as Presbyter of the Two Virginias Section for nine years, and Appalachian Ministry Network Missions Director for four years. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Appalachian Teen Challenge and as the Assistant Appalachian District Men’s Ministries Director. Pastor Tim is endorsed as a National Motorcycle Ministries Chaplain for the Assemblies of God.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR - SARAH DILLON

Pastor Sarah Dillon was born and raised in Tazewell County, VA. She grew up in an Assembly of God church and has actively served in ministry her entire life. Sarah attended the University of Valley Forge in '09, majoring in Youth Ministry. Sarah, and her husband Daniel, met as teenagers on a missions trip to Nicaragua in 2004, were married December 2014, and in August 2017 welcomed their first child, Benjamin, into the world. Sarah served as Youth Pastor at East River Church for 11 years until assuming the role of Associate Pastor in July of 2022. Sarah is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God.
